Procedure for Filing a Complaint

If you have a complaint that you would like addressed, please follow the below chain of command, in accordance with the National Pop Warner rules and policies: 

Chain of Command:     

Step 1. Contact Head Coach.


Step 2. If not satisfied with the Step 1 response, please contact the Water-Oak Football Commissioner or Cheer Coordinator, depending on the situation.


Step 3. If not satisfied with the Step 2 response, please contact the                                                                   President of Water-Oak Football & Cheer.


Step 4. If not satisfied with the Step 3 response, please contact                                                                         Northern CT Pop Warner.


Step 5. If not satisfied with the Step 4 response, please contact New                                                                 England Pop Warner.


Step 6. If not satisfied with the Step 5 response, please contact                                                                         National Pop Warner.
